Mission Bay Park
San Diego's Mission Bay Park combines Mission Bay Beaches and the Mission Bay Park. The Mission Bay Beaches have calm water without waves and stretch for a considerable span allowing beach goers to easily find a semi-private spot of sand. The Mission Bay Park has a long stretch of green grass with a paved walkway for pedestrians, joggers, bicyclists, roller blades, and others to enjoy. The long walkway follows the San Diego Bay and allows visitors to enjoy water views in a park atmosphere. Easily accessible form the Interstate 5, the Mission Bay Park is a favorite for locals because of its recreational and picnicking opportunities.
